Came across this stock photo of a board I built last spring. This is a full outline of my classic square tail in its intended dimensions, 9'10'' x 24 x 19 x 16.5. The rail design is a modern soft rail, 40/60 and turned up in the nose and tail for maximum hold. The wet sanded gloss that this board has adds to its capability to achieve great speeds. Add a few layers of 8 oz. volan and that extra weight transfers into momentum resulting in stability and speed.
