Beach Break Diamond Tail

Here are a couple of photos of a board that I just completed last week. This particular board is 9'6 x 23 x 2 7/8, and it features a beach break rocker with a mellow nose concave that flows into belly and eventually a rolled v. The diamond tail is a attribute that bridges the gap between a round pin and a traditional square tail making this particular board very versatile.

Single Fin Egg

Just finished this 8' egg last week for Rocco Lucca. This egg works with any fin set up, from single to thruster. This particular board is 8'x 21 1/2x 2 1/2 with a single to double concave to v out the tail and a singe box.

Blacks Beauty

I built this little egg especially for Blacks Beach in San Diego. By moving the wide point forward I was able to create an eccentric tear drop shape that is perfect for shaving speed and pulling in. Its dimensions are 8' x 20 1/2 x 2 5/8, with a slight single concave that transitions into a relaxed spiral v.

Pete's Pony

Here are a couple of shots of what I consider to my mini-simmons, fish hybrid. This particular board was made for a regular customer and good friend of mine. Pete rides his 4'10 x 22 x 2 3/8. Its dressed up with a brown opec, a gold leaf band and topped off with a polish.

Rocco Luca

Towards the end of last year I started building a few few boards for a new company called Rocco Luca. Here is a shot of a nose rider from the first batch. This particular board is 9'8 x 23 x 18 3/4 x 16 x 2 7/8, and don't be shy check out their website.

It's That Time

When those fish and eggs just aren't making the grade. I recently finished this 6'10 x 20 x 2 5/8 quad semi-gun. These boards work amazingly well one those larger days when its time to make those critical sections.

One More For Japan

Like the last featured board, this 5'10 bump tail simmons will also be finding a new home at New Evolution Surf Shop.
